How is my PT treatment plan developed?
Our physical therapists will first meet with you to discuss your needs/goals, review any prescriptions, and assess your condition. We use this information to develop a customized treatment plan. Our PT will then review the treatment plan with you and will answer any questions you have about the process. Together, we’ll determine a schedule for your PT and then we all go to work at rehabilitating the ailment or injury that brought you to us.
